Three ways to connect
Directly, through another of your devices running Amanat Browser, or through Amanat servers around the world — over the DHT.
A browser that keeps your privacy
Amanat Browser is a secure browser. Its main goal is personal security: your history, data and traffic are hidden and encrypted. That matters, for example, if your phone ends up in someone else's hands.
Getting around restrictions is a side effect, not the goal. The browser also opens sites in the .dht zone, which Decom services are built on.
Directly, through another of your devices running Amanat Browser, or through Amanat servers around the world — over the DHT.
Opens addresses like decom.dht that don't exist on the regular internet. The browser finds them in the DHT and carries requests over an encrypted P2P channel (iroh).
It's not a VPN: traffic inside the browser is encrypted, while other apps on your phone work as usual.
A site can subscribe to notifications like a PWA. They arrive even when the browser is closed, and open the right site.
Every browser has its own device_hash. Show its QR code on another of your devices to link them.
Pages get no special access. The browser only resolves .dht addresses and delivers requests; all logic lives in the sites' own code.
Works right after install: the browser connects on its own or through another of your devices.
